Diabetes Education Classes

Managing diabetes can be challenging. The Utah Diabetes Center is a nationally accredited diabetes education program dedicated to helping patients understand and control their diabetes. We will work with you to give you the tools and ongoing support that you need to create a healthy lifestyle. Our program consists of a group class followed with a one on one appointment and quarterly follow up calls. On average, our patients reduce their HgA1C by 1.7%.
